HR Executive
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full recruitment process. This includes sourcing of potential candidates to on boarding of the selected candidates
• To source for potential candidates from various channels (e.g. social platforms, institutions and professional networks)
• To design and administer job posting
• To establish and review Human Resource policies related to hiring
• To study and justify the manpower request from various department
• To prepare HR related reports require by internal stakeholders
• To keep abreast of employment laws and ensure compliance with employment legislation
• To establish and drive the retention program
• To perform any others ad-hoc duties as assigned
