Salary: $3500 - $4500

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day operations
- Oversee the recruitment process of screening applicants, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers on suitable candidates
- Conduct onboarding of new recruits
- Plan and execute training programs and activities for team bonding
- Actively participate in meetings, workshops and team events
- Conduct performance evaluation of candidates and assist in training process
- Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management
- Assist senior managers in identifying and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels/Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
