1. Role Description:
Marketing manager plans directs and coordinates marketing operations in an organisation. He/she drives the organisations business strategies by setting direction for the organisations marketing campaigns programmes and communication plans. He/she develops marketing strategies and plans by detailing cost and resources needed. He/she analyses the profitability of these plans develops pricing strategies and strives to raise awareness on products and companies among targeted customers.
2. Specific Responsibilities:
1.To gain project managements skills, building innovation project networks and defining key milestones.
2.Able to plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. To coordinate campaigns and communications through all phases of launch and maintenance, including reporting, analysis, and optimization.
3.To understand key obstacles and triggers for successful launches and –where necessary- fine tune the mix and the strategy accordingly. To learn how to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and to oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.
4.Exposure towards understanding of market trend, economic difference. Identifying business opportunities and market.
5.Individual will be able to identify the right clients for the company. Comparing the difference of industries and companies. Having the right experience and knowledge.
6.Trainee would be able to help maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors and also collaborate with designers to help improve user experience. Trainee would also have to be active in sourcing for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations if required to.
