NOC Operation Engineer job in Singapore at COMSERVICE (SINGAPORE) SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

Job Description Requirements

 Provide shift work NOC operations, such as remote hand

service, customer support, hotline, etc.

 Perform remote hand service based on customer

guideline.

 Supervise Vendors to carry out scheduled NOC

maintenance, structure cable installation, cross connect

installation, rack installation, etc.

 Escort customer for Data Halls visit

 Escalate problem / incident to tier 2 engineers or shift

manager.

 Incident handling

 Assist Manager / Engineer to handle Customers’ IT

equipment racks equipment move-in.

 Perform cable connection test for Customers’ IT equipment

 Assist Manager to update Inventory list / Asset list …etc.

 Temperature monitoring

Job Requirements

 Higher Diploma or higher in IT/Network/Communication

related subject

 Good working attitude

 Minimum 1 years’ experience of NOC operation in Data

Centre/Telecommunications industry

 Familiar with NOC resource management, such as rack

space, cable management … etc.

 Shift duty required

 Provide shift work Emergency service

 Good command of both oral and written English and

Chinese (Mandarin). - (Good written and verbal

communication skills in English and Mandarin to

communicate with Chinese speaking customers and

escort Chinese speaking customer for Data Halls visit)
