HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter is responsible to perform the full spectrum of recruitment cycle and supports the Game Testing team by identifying talents and filling up the crucial position such as Language Game Testers.


Responsibilities

  • Performing full spectrum of recruitment such as posting of job advertisement, shortlisting, on boarding and arrange for interview.
  • Lead and facilitate discussion sessions with hiring PMs to qualify candidate requirements.
  • Source candidates through various method including advertising, recruiters, school internship program, job site and career fairs.
  • Manage candidates’ database and build up talent pools.
  • Prepare HR report such as time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.
  • Arrangement of assessment test for candidate who is shortlisted for the interview.
  • Coordination and management of game testers work schedule with hiring PMs.
  • Facilitating onboarding/offboarding of game testers with respective departments.
  • Preparing monthly POs to game testers (Training provided)
  • Stay current on HR related policy such as employment practices and work pass requirements.
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Passion and any experience in gaming will be a plus point
  • Strong communications skill
  • Able to work independently as well as can be a team player
  • Problem Solving skills
