Operations Manager <#SGUnitedMidCareerPathways>
This position reports to the director of YAPHETS ESPORTS PTE. LTD. He/She will be responsible in overseeing operational systems, processes, Manages day to day business of the operations, Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction, Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies, find ways to increase quality of customer service, also oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Ensure overall operation, housekeeping and adequate resources to enhance efficient function of operations
2. Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
3. Formulate strategic and operational objectives
4. Monitor the company's operations and various expenses and budgets within their department and the daily operations.
5. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Duration of Attachment : 6 months
