Job Description

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure effectively and productivity.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics, including supply chain and inventory mangement.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for operational activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.


Job Requirements

  1. Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an operations or administrative role.
  3. Strong understanding of business processes and operational management.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
