Job Description

  • Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable using XERO.
  • Process and reconcile invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Answer calls and manage online stores inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers for quotations and process orders.
  • Issue invoices and arrange courier services.
  • Monitor and assist with government grant applications.
  • Coordinate with schools for intern recruitment.
  • Support new joins on orientation.
  • Maintain office tidiness and manage office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing team bonding events.
  • Welcome office visitors, offer refreshments, and direct them to meeting areas.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and XERO.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
