About the Team
Retirement Savings Department – Top Up

The Retirement Savings Department – Top Up champions enhancing the retirement adequacy of Singaporeans through the Retirement Topping-Up Scheme (RSTU) and Matched Retirement Saving Scheme (MRSS). We oversee the administration of these schemes, which includes managing dynamic operations, delivering policy changes, and driving awareness and outreach initiatives.

As an Intern, you will have opportunity to work with our vibrant team, and contribute to the multi-faceted outreach efforts that enable more Singaporeans to benefit from these schemes.

What you will be working on
As a Retirement Savings Department - Top Up Intern, your responsibilities will include:
* Outreach initiatives with strategic partners: Support initiatives with partner organisations (e.g. community organisations, employers, government agencies) to amplify outreach.
* Content creation and design: Assist in creating copywriting, visuals, and various collaterals that effectively convey the key messages and benefits of the schemes.
* Engagement events: Support events such as talks, webinars and community events to promote greater awareness and understanding of the schemes.
* Personalised notifications: Assist the operationalizing of the sending of personalised one-to-one notifications to different segments.
* Outreach effectiveness analysis: Assist in monitoring and analysing the effectiveness of the outreach efforts, and identifying new opportunities/refinements.

What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Available Full time (5 days/week) from Aug - Dec 2024.
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Diploma related to communications, marketing, design or a related field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong visual design skills and proficiency in such tools/software
* Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team and with external stakeholders
* Self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges/pick up new skills
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
