Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Group (CIG)
CIG's key responsibility is to ensure the security & resiliency of critical ICT infrastructure while monitoring, detecting and responding to Cybersecurity threats to CPFB 24/7. Data Protection Department is a department within CIG responsible for driving infrastructure and data management operations to support our future ready system.

What you will be working on As a TechOps Intern, your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define internal use cases for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to optimize product and IT operations.
• Explore internal knowledge repositories and preprocess the diverse datasets to feed into Generative AI models.
• Use Gen-AI innovations to organize and update documents and training materials to generate more relevant and accurate content and insights.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support the creation of engaging content, training materials and standard operating procedures tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What you will be working on
During your internship with CPF Board, you can expect:
• Learning Opportunities: Gain valuable hands-on experience in implementing Gen-AI use cases for IT operations.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced IT professionals who are passionate about your development.
• Exposure: You will be exposed to the inner workings of the public service sector, and be part of our dynamic team driving IT and cloud infrastructure services in our government agency.
• Networking: Connect with professionals in the Cybersecurity and Tech Operations field and build your network within the public service sector.
What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Available Full-time (5 days/week) from Aug – Dec 2024
• Currently pursuing a course in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
• Preferably familiar with Python, SQL and Confluence.
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
