About the Team

Human Resource Development
Our Human Resource Development team plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to help us achieve our organizational goals. As an Intern under the Talent Acquisition Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and make valuable contributions to our talent acquisition initiatives.

What you will be working on

As an Early Careers Programme Intern, you will be an experience maker for graduates and interns where you will contribute to the building of early career talent pipelines, drive and deliver recruitment events for the Board’s graduate programmes.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Drive the delivery of exceptional graduate and intern experiences.
• Assist in the recruitment of the Board’s graduate programme.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for the Board’s graduate programme.
• Support in the coordination and execution of engagement activities during campus events, such as career fairs and assessment centres.
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining candidate databases and organising recruitment materials.
• Contribute ideas for improving the recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience.
• Participating in various projects related to HR operations, as needed

•Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take on new challenges.
