What the role is
Business Incubator and Accelerator Department
Facilitates and catalyses the development of new product ideas and business models by small competent cross functional teams, creates/introduces fundamental enablers for the tech stack and carries out enterprise upskilling to help existing business models and products operate and scale intelligently and efficiently.

What you will be working on

As a Product Operations Intern, you will play an important role in driving the adoption of in-house developed products, contributing to the improvement of operational efficiency within CPF Board and potentially across the whole of government.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cross functional collaboration: Collaborating with product management, engineering and design to discuss operational improvements and processes.

• Onboarding Support: Guiding and supporting internal users through the onboarding processes, thus empowering them to leverage on the products for enhanced productivity gains.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in analysing and collecting data to support product performance evaluation and decision making.

•Training and knowledge sharing: Participate to conduct training and sharing sessions with prospective users.

What we are looking for
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Available Full time (5 days/week)

• Currently pursuing a studies in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Business Administration.

• A strong interest in technology and a desire to gain experience in Product Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proactive individual who has the ability to work both independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
