• Process CPF applications within the service standards set
• Handle correspondences, enquiries and dealing with customers directly
• Liaise with internal departments and other government agencies on day-to-day operations
• Provide support on reviews/enhancements of department’s systems and processes
• Proper documentation of applications/documents received and sent

 

• Possess initiative and able to adapt to a fast paced environment
• Able to multi-task, work both independently and as a team-player
• Good interpersonal skills and strong commitment to service excellence
• Organised and meticulous, with good numerical, written and verbal communication skills
• Conversant with Microsoft Office suite of programs, especially Word and Excel
