The temp administrative support officer will assist in a broad range of HR general administrative duties with recruitment-related tasks

HR general tasks:
- Assist on tracking of employment contract expiry and prepare email templates for call to action
- Prepare HR related correspondence from employment letters, renewals letters, certification letters, etc
- Create and maintain personnel files for new employees, ensuring all required documentations is accurately filed
- Support the offboarding processes by ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accordingly
- Assist in preparing HR reports and statistics by retrieving data from different data sources and generate accurate reports as required
- Contribute to other administrative tasks within the team as assigned

Recruitment-related tasks
- Assist in job posting creation across different job boards
- Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accuracy of candidate records
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and forward them to the appropriate HR team member

- Proficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Organized, meticulous and attention to details
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelines
