As a Senior Actuarial Analyst in the Actuarial Services Department of CPF Board, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the sustainability of the insurance schemes under the CPF Board. You will be responsible for conducting actuarial analysis, managing and enhancing actuarial models, and operationalizing the implementation of regulatory framework and industry best practices for CPFB's insurance schemes. You will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders such as actuarial consultants and Government Ministries on actuarial and insurance issues.

 

• Work with stakeholders on actuarial and insurance related tasks and projects
• Assist to operationalise regulatory framework and industry best practices for CPFB insurance schemes
• Conduct analysis, provide insights and monitor key risks for CPFB insurance schemes
• Manage and enhance actuarial and analytical models
• Conduct research on actuarial approaches relevant for CPFB insurance schemes
• Produce actuarial analytics and projects that support the Board’s initiatives

 

• Actuarial or related degree with professional actuarial qualifications in progress
• At least 3 years of actuarial experience with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in FIS insurance risk suite (Prophet) and data analytics/statistical programming is an advantage
• Good understanding of current regulatory framework and industry practices
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
