Agency Schemes Management Dept (AMD) administers Government schemes which provide support to Singaporeans, such as the Assurance Package, GST Voucher, Silver Support Scheme, and Workfare Income Supplement Scheme.
• Handle enquiries and assess appeals from citizens on the Government schemes
• Liaise with various Government agencies, where needed, to better assess citizen’s appeals and address their needs
• Work with the team to implement process improvements and system enhancements
