We are looking for an outgoing and creative self-starter to develop and execute public outreach and partnership initiatives with the People, Public and Private sectors.

The successful applicant will work with a passionate and energetic team on public education and engagement efforts to raise appreciation for the CPF system as well as the importance of retirement planning. The applicant will also need to develop sustainable partnerships (e.g. with finance industry, local and foreign government agencies) and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to undertake outreach initiatives such as talks/webinars, events, trainings and corporate visits.

• Two (2) years of relevant working experience in public outreach and engagement, partnerships management or equivalent preferred. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Confident and proficient in delivering presentations in public forums and able to connect with audiences of various demographics and backgrounds.
• Possess strong bilingual written and verbal linguistic skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team, handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to working on some weekday evenings and weekends, and occasionally travel overseas for secretarial support.
• Experience with protocols in handling foreign dignitaries is an advantage.
