What you will be working on
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment and Operations Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The successful candidate be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles and handle operations-related tasks, including offer letter generation and pre-onboarding activities.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, resume screenings, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments and offer management
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop job requirements and descriptions
• Build pipelines of high-quality candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by efficiently managing pre-onboarding activities, such as offer letter generation, work pass applications and medical check-up arrangements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee data, changes in terms and conditions of employment, and other relevant information
• Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, work collaboratively with other members of the HR team to deliver high-quality services
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment and operations process
What we are looking for
• At least 2 years of recruitment and operations experience, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment process
• Proficient in HR systems and databases, with experience in data entry and record maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to influence and negotiate role opportunities and salary requirements
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
