• Manage day-to-day operations relating to MediShield Life and CareShield Life policy administration and recovery or enforcement of premiums; or operations relating to ElderShield and Private Medical Insurance Schemes; or disbursement of premium subsidies, Additional Premium Support and MediSave Grants
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. MOH, MOF, IRAS, etc) to provide universal health and/or long term care insurance coverage to every eligible Singapore resident by:
o supporting policy reviews and enabling the most customer friendly options to be rolled out during regular Schemes’ enhancement exercises
o enhancing systems to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness to keep cost low for sustainability of the MediShield Life and CareShield Life Funds
• Analyse data to drive and support changes to achieve customer-centric outreach and sustainable outcomes
• Review members' feedback and recommend changes to communications, internal controls, processes or digital support services as appropriate
