Partly remoteJob Description:
- Assist HR Director to oversee daily operation of the HR department
- To assist in recruitment processes including job postings, schedule interviews and attend interview if needed
- Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
- Prepare all employment-related documents from onboarding, periodic performance assessment, disciplinary-related and clearance matters
- Assist onboarding to off-boarding processes, including staff orientation and exit interviews
- Handle internal monthly payroll and salary report preparation
- Preparation and filing of IR8A and IR21
- Manage and handle daily HR and payroll functions using SMEPayoll software system (including employees’ records, leaves matters, claims, timesheet and other HR administrative matters)
- Develop, oversee and implement compensation, incentives programs and other HR initiatives
- Implement performance review procedures
- Assist in processing and managing employees’ constructive feedbacks
- Develop, review and update of Firm’s HR Policies and ensure compliance with the prevailing regulations.
- Review and process eligible government incentives and claims
- Assist in monthly schedule and Firmwide meeting and arrangement of Firm’s event
- Assist on general receptionist duties, which includes attending to phone calls and arrival of visitors to the Company’s office
- Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks of the public accounting practice, of which the Company is part of, on a “need to” basis
