Job Description:

  1. Assist HR Director to oversee daily operation of the HR department
  2. To assist in recruitment processes including job postings, schedule interviews and attend interview if needed
  3. Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
  4. Prepare all employment-related documents from onboarding, periodic performance assessment, disciplinary-related and clearance matters
  5. Assist onboarding to off-boarding processes, including staff orientation and exit interviews
  6. Handle internal monthly payroll and salary report preparation
  7. Preparation and filing of IR8A and IR21
  8. Manage and handle daily HR and payroll functions using SMEPayoll software system (including employees’ records, leaves matters, claims, timesheet and other HR administrative matters)
  9. Develop, oversee and implement compensation, incentives programs and other HR initiatives
  10. Implement performance review procedures
  11. Assist in processing and managing employees’ constructive feedbacks
  12. Develop, review and update of Firm’s HR Policies and ensure compliance with the prevailing regulations.
  13. Review and process eligible government incentives and claims
  14. Assist in monthly schedule and Firmwide meeting and arrangement of Firm’s event
  15. Assist on general receptionist duties, which includes attending to phone calls and arrival of visitors to the Company’s office
  16. Assist in other ad-hoc administrative tasks of the public accounting practice, of which the Company is part of, on a “need to” basis
