Job Description

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product information.
  • Support the Sales Teams with administrative tasks such as preparing quotations and processing orders.
  • Follow up with customers on quotations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer databases.
  • Help manage the online stores, including responding to inquiries and processing orders.
  • Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Assist in organizing sales events and promotions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for the Sales Team.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the Sales Team.
  • Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

  1. Experience in a sales or customer service role.
  2. Familiar with IT Products.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
