Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and exisiting clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to align business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Track and report on the progress of business developmen activities.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and network.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients in the CRM system.


Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  7. Result-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Willingness to travel as needed.
