Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and exisiting clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to align business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Track and report on the progress of business developmen activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and network.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients in the CRM system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Result-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
